Nothing lends itself to grazing as well as tapas. Get ready to sample some of this lot: acorn-fed jamón Ibérico, beef & chorizo albondigas (meatballs) with tomato & fennel sauce, Mini chorizo bocadillos with courgette, beetroot & dill pickle salad, patatas bravas with maple-smoked garlic & tomato sauce, wood roasted pork belly with lemon & toasted cumin, grilled tetilla cheese with fresh fig, quince membrillo, mint & walnuts, pork, duck & octopus pinchos morunos, deep fried courgette flowers with honey, truffled Spanish omelette, crema Catalana ice cream and loads more.
